Only what you choose to share. The client portal is fully controlled by you — you decide which candidates are visible, what information is shown, and at what stage they appear. Your master database remains completely private.

No. Professional and Enterprise plans include unlimited jobs and mandates. Even the Starter plan is limited only by candidate record count, not the number of active roles or searches you can run.

Yes. We support CSV import for candidate records and assist with migrations from Vincere, Bullhorn, JobAdder, and most common platforms. Enterprise customers get hands-on migration support.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. EU/UK data is stored in European data centres, Japanese data in Tokyo. We are GDPR compliant and never sell or share your candidate data.
