8. Cancellation キャンセル・解約
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the application under Settings → Billing. No cancellation fee applies.
Monthly plans
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date. No partial refund is issued for unused days in the final month.
Annual plans
Annual plans may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of the annual charge (see Refunds below). After 14 days, the remaining term is non-refundable, but access continues until the period ends.
Cooling-off notice
This service is a continuously delivered digital service provided over the internet, and accordingly falls outside the scope of the statutory cooling-off right under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day satisfaction refund policy for all new paid subscriptions. See Section 9 for details.

Refunds are not issued for: partial months after the 14-day window, plan downgrades, or situations caused by the customer (e.g. forgotten cancellation, unintended data actions). We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse.

11. Governing Law 準拠法・裁判管轄
This disclosure and any disputes arising from the use of ATSGEEK shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes between ATSGEEK and its customers.
This disclosure is made pursuant to Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引に関する法律第11条).
